2002 Andrew Will Sorella (Washington Red Bordeaux Blend)

Very dark, almost black, fading to red at the rim. Nose of black cherries, plums, cassis. Hints of bell peppers and wood. Full bodied, powerful and tannic. Well-balanced, long finish. When we bought this bottle 9 years ago we had no idea that we would open it at age 12 and think it had barely entered maturity. In a blind tasting it could have passed for a top Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon.

2010 E. Guigal Crozes-Hermitage Blanc (White Rhone Blend)
Pale gold, hint of green. Moderately expressive nose; caramel, honey, wax and lime. Medium body, medium acidity. Tastes almost like someone squeezed a bit of lime juice on a cantaloupe. Finishes dry. Good for the price.

Extraordinary
